Founded by three directors with over 50 years of combined experience, we bring a hands-on, collaborative approach to every project, ensuring that your needs and vision remain at the heart of the process.
Our expertise is in creating functional, well considered spaces built to last. From bespoke touches like custom-made leather balustrades to optimising MEP design for better air flow and sustainability, we combine design, project management, and delivery — ensuring clear communication and consistent quality throughout. With 28 years in fit-out, Ben combines Chartered Surveyor expertise with a track record in senior leadership roles. His career spans advising clients on property choices through to directing major corporate projects, giving him a unique ability to bridge commercial insight with project delivery excellence.
Bruno Van Dyke
Pre Construction Director
Bruno’s background as a Commercial Manager on major schemes gives him a strong command of cost control and value management. He later moved into fit-out delivery, where his ability to align budgets with design intent made him a trusted leader in guiding projects from planning through to handover
Peter Bull
Construction Director
With over 35 years in construction, including 15 in commercial interiors, Peter brings the expertise of a NZ Master Builder to every project. His background in award winning high-end residential and commercial work underpins his focus on quality, detail, and effective delivery from design through to completion at Red Workspace.
